Apr-Jun 2016 – GIS data gathering/analysis, rank biodiversity and wildlife habitat, establish water quality protection project goals, provide maps, outline on water quality for update to the Land Development Plan.

Jul-Sep 2016 – Draft on water quality for update to the Land Development Plan, suggested language for subdivision and commercial development regulations.
Oct–Dec 2016 - Language for parks, fee schedules, and transportation plans, presentation to Town Board, submit final report.
